I did my first flight on Saturday and everything went perfectly. The instructor Tani was very professional, calm and reassuring the whole time. The views were amazing and the experience was truly unforgettable.
After landing, Tani tried to transfer the video of the flight to me, but due to some technical problems it was not possible. Later, when I contacted them, he called me personally and explained very transparently that, due to an adapter problem, the video had been accidentally deleted.
What impressed me the most was the way they handled the situation. Without any hesitation, the agency offered me a second flight for free, with all expenses covered by them, so that I could re-make the video and enjoy the experience as it should have been.
The second flight went just as perfectly as the first and this showed the seriousness, honesty and respect they have for their customers. Technical problems can happen anywhere, but not every company handles them with such responsibility and professionalism.
